WISH is a Registered NDIS Service Provider, and we are happy to help you navigate the eligibility process, understand the NDIS, and find the support that best suits your needs.

They also help residents engage in community activities and provide support for medical appointments. The goal is to help residents live as independently as possible while building their skills.

Dear Friend,
I'm Alex, the founder of WISH. My journey began with a simple but profound desire to make a real difference in people’s lives. The NDIS legislation in 2013 was a turning point for me, as I shifted my focus from helping children in Africa through the Physically Challenged Action Foundation – Offinso (PCAF) to making an impact in the lives of those living with disabilities in our community.
WISH emerged from a unique place - my experience as a mobile hairdresser. I found joy in bringing a smile to those confined to their homes due to disability or circumstance. This simple service grew into something bigger; it became a beacon of light and hope for many. Observing the isolation many faced, especially during COVID-19, I realised that a haircut was more than just a trim; it was a connection, a moment of normalcy in a world turned upside down.
What sets WISH apart is our commitment to maintaining a core team around each client, ensuring personalised and consistent care. We prioritise honesty, transparency, and a relentless focus on providing the best possible care. Every day, we strive to understand and meet our clients' unique needs, helping them set and achieve their goals.
Seeing the positive changes in our clients and the reassurance this brings to their families is what drives me and my team every day. We are not just a service provider; we are a partner in our clients' journeys towards independence and fulfillment.
WISH is more than a company; it's a commitment to positive change, a testament to the power of caring, and a reflection of the belief that everyone deserves a life filled with joy and opportunity.
Together, we can continue to make a difference, one smile, one haircut, and one life-changing service at a time.
With warmth and sincerity,
Alex
